The gates will be open to the public at 9 a.m. and the gates will close at 11 p.m. except on Friday and Saturday when the gates will close at 12 p.m.

All premiums awarded at the Fair will be payables to the persons entitled to receive them on or before Saturday of the Fair. Premiums not claimed by September 30 will be considered donated to the Fair. This is to allow the Treasurer to clear his records and make necessary financial reports.

Exhibitors must determine for themselves in what class or classes they will make entry, with the department chairmen’s approval. Entry blanks must be filled out by the exhibitor.
