TICKET ADMISSION POLICY

2011 MASON COUNTY FAIR

GENERAL ADMISSION

Monday – Thursday - $7.00

Friday – Saturday - $8.00

Season Passes - $25.00

Daily General Admission Tickets and Season Passes include access to all entertainment, track events and fair activities.

General Admission tickets can be exchanged at the carnival ticket booths for a wrist band that will allow the individual to ride the carnival rides.

Children two years of age and under are admitted FREE to the fairgrounds.  Carnival rides are not included.  If children two and under wish to ride on the carnival they must purchase a wrist band from the carnival ticket office that will allow the individual to ride the carnival rides.

SEASON PASSES - $25.00

Carnival rides are not included in the purchase of a Season Pass.

Season Pass owners may purchase a wrist band that will allow them to ride on the carnival rides from the carnival ticket office for $5.00 upon presentation of season pass.  Individual wishing to obtain a wrist band who does not have a season pass or a general admission ticket will be charged the full admission price to the fairgrounds.

Season Passes will be available approximately one month before the fair and may be purchased at many area businesses and from the Fair office.  No season passes will be sold after the fair opens.

City National Bank of Point Pleasant, Mason and New Haven

Fruth Pharmacy – Point Pleasant

Bob’s Market and Greenhouse – Mason

Vines & Roses – New Haven

All General Admission tickets and Season Pass prices include West Virginia Sales Tax.

All concession stand workers, exhibitors, fair officials and workers, including fair officers and board of directors will be required to present tickets to be admitted at the gate.  Free tickets will not be given to anyone.

Senior Citizens Day will be observed on Tuesday.  All Senior Citizens over 60 years of age will be admitted FREE.  Carnival rides are not included.  If Senior Citizens who have been admitted free wish to ride on the carnival rides, they will be required to purchase a ride stamp from the carnival ticket office

Discount Days will be observed on Wednesday and Thursday.  General Admission tickets will be $5.00 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  After 3:00 p.m. the price will be $7.00.

The Carnival is owned and operated by Brinkley Entertainment, of Walnut Cove, North Carolina.  Normal hours of operation are 1:00 – 5:00 pm and 6:00 – 11:00 pm.  On Monday the carnival will open at 1:00 or as soon thereafter as the setup inspection is completed by the WV Department of Labor.

No Alcoholic Beverages are permitted on the Fairgrounds.
